This summer I will be participating in two tough swims to help the Hilton-Baird Group raise money and awareness for two fantastic charities.

This 14km Thames Marathon between Henley-on-Thames and Marlow is the first, for which we have chosen to support Wessex Cancer Trust - a local charity which provides help and information to people living with and affected by cancer in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

The second is the 6 mile Solent Swim, organised by Spinal Cord Injury charity Aspire, which will see me swim the 3 miles across The Solent to the Isle of Wight and back again.

I would therefore really appreciate any donations you can make to support these two worthy causes, however large or small.

Together, we can make a difference to so many lives.
