My company, Cambridge Consultants, have chosen Wintercomfort as their charity for the year and as sponsors of the Cambridge half, I have decided to run and raise funds for this great cause.  

It's a bit mad, I know, especially as until Christmas, I hadn't run for several years!  On Sunday I finally managed to get a final training run in, after a three week break due to a mixture of a muscular problem and bad cough.  Nevertheless I have decided to run next Sunday as I feel I should try my best to get round the course.

Now I need your help for me to beat my fundraising target!
