Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Sam and Jen will be undertaking a ten day trip to Grenada alongside the Jason Roberts Foundation in October, to deliver teacher training. 

The objectives of the trip are:

  • Train teachers on inclusive practices that include children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mainstream Physical Education.
  • Advise on PE practices specifically within the three special needs schools in Grenada.
  • Create an action plan for improving PE provision in mainstream education, to keep the children of Grenada physically active.
Alongside our JustGiving page, we will be fundraising in a variety of ways:

  • Hosting an adults football tournament in Butleigh, Somerset.
  • Holding a Caribbean themed sports day and disco at Ark.
  • Playing an Ark Staff versus JRF Legends football match.
  • Delivering a Staff Welfare Week for Ark teachers.
