Hi everyone welcome to my official vertical rush charity page. I take fitness seriously and it's my passion but I take helping the community just as important. Everyday I see homeless people along the streets of
London and I'm sure thousands of us have seen the same of even have a family member effected by homelessness.

I plan to make a change in the small way I can, and I'm hoping people will support - so I'll be using this page to do just that and raise money for shelter. Besides this I'll be taking part in the vertical rush challenge and live streaming this event.
