A Walk For Jamie
Kasey Wilding is raising money for Pumping Marvellous Foundation
Story
All who knew Jamie will know along with his huge passion for Luton Town Football Club he also had one for helping others even when he was struggling himself. This selflessness could be seen clearly in the work he did for the Pumping Marvellous charity, advocating for them all around the country to enable the right support for others battling with heart failure. Because of this I thought it is only fitting for us to carry on his work by mixing two of his passions together to raise money just as he did.
On Saturday 10th July 2021 we will be Walking For Jamie to Kenilworth Road. All those wishing to be involved will be walking from chosen locations in either groups or individually, we will then all end up at the ground together at 3pm. All these miles will be added together to see the collective distance of the walk.
The amazing people at Pumping Marvellous have created special Luton Town Walk For Jamie themed hoodie which will be available to buy from the 2nd of November, some of the proceeds will go to the charity.

About the Charity
The core activities and strategy of the Pumping Marvellous Foundation are driven by the needs of heart failure patients, carers and family communities we serve. We get to the real crux of the problems, the problems that patients tell us they have. Our communities are large and we have superb interactions with them, we run the largest Facebook page dedicated to Heart Failure globally so we fully understand the needs and challenges they face. We develop and distribute patient information to the vast majority of NHS Heart Failure Teams in the UK.
