Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

On 8th July last year I lost my beautiful, intelligent and funny daughter Emma. She had lived her life knowing that her condition Cystic Fibrosis would cut short her life, but she never moaned. Instead, she grit her teeth, gave you a big smile and lived life to the full. She was a fighter to the very end and I am so proud to say that I was her Dad.

On 8th July this year, a year to the day she passed away, I will be doing a skydive to commemorate the bravery she showed during her short life.

The money I raise will not be for Emma, but for those who have to live with the day to day struggle of  Cystic Fibrosis. To each and every one of you, who can wake up in the morning and smile while fighting CF, this is as much for you as it is Emma. xxx
