This summer i have been given the amazing opportunity to spend 6 weeks volunteering in Thailand with Leeds RAG, for the charity '4life'.

4life is part of the charity CCD (Christian care foundation for children with disabilties). The charity aims to improve the lives of abandoned and disabled children who have been living in poverty and deprived conditions due to the stigma that is attacthed to those with disabilities in Thailand.

My time volunteering will be spent at 'Rainbow House' rehabilitation centre. The aim here is to provide the children with the support and care necessary in order to encourage independent living and to reintergrate them into family life. I will spend my days working with the children, both playing and providing interactive learning.
