I have, and I’m sure many others have experienced the lows of depression.

Every day can be a struggle, beginning, middle and the end.
No matter how long the recovery takes, you do not get a day off from the emotions that are experienced when suffering from depression.

The support I have had from my family and friends has got me through my struggle, and I would like to help build this help for others.
