Ok here I come again. Last year I took part in the "British 10K London Run 2011" to raise awareness and raise money in support for the people of Syria. With the hope it will be free by now, but unfortunately they are still under fire from the oppressing Assad regime leaving thousands of injured and refugees.

 

So I am joing the "British 10K London Run 2012" taking place in July to again raise awareness and money for the people of Syria.

 

Last year I finished the 10k in 1 hour exactly, so this year I am challenging myself to beat my own record, I will say go for 45mins!!!
