We are to provide clear information, and warm-hearted support, for those affected by ADHD and ADD. We want to reduce discrimination by increasing awareness and employer understanding. We advocate for political change to increase NHS resources and employment opportunities for those with ADHD and ADD.

Story

In memory of Finn's life, and to try to do something good on the sad day of his 1st anniversary, Harvey and I are running for our very loved and very missed brother and son. Finn lived his short life with ADHD. Despite medication, at times this made it extremely difficult for him to control impulsive thoughts and behaviour, leaving him isolated and often misunderstood by others.

Having ADHD or ADD is a huge challenge - both for the individual and for the people around them. We are here to help people face the challenge. But we want more than just-about-coping. We want to help people to find their unique way and thrive. We aim to do that through warm hearted support, quality relatable information, campaigning to raise awareness and empathy, advocating for ADHD/ADD politically, fighting for fair NHS & Education resources, and challenging employers to put in adjustments that work and create ADHD/ADD inclusivity.
