So lovely Meg from Heart n Soul has roped me into the asics 10k!! There was no hiding under my desk when the call went out for runners! I brushed off my very old reebok running shoes I bought in my 20s, when I hoped I might start running. Unworn, new, old but ready to hit the tarmac I took them for a spin round greenwich park..and they worked!

 This will be my first marathon ( I was recently corrected on this and was told it isn't a Marathon, Ok I know but its going to feel like one) and Im hoping to raise a good old wedge for Heart n Soul. 

If every step I run could rack up another pound or another fiver, to help contribute to all the talented people and  cool, fun and amazing work being created at Heart n Soul, then I will finish a very happy and grateful runner!
