I have decided to run my first marathon this year.  To run a marathon  has always been one of my aims i know that it will be a big challenge for a novice like me but I love challenges.   I have decided to raise funds for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Trust.  I was happy with my decision because I always wanted to raise funds for a charity that helps children and with all changes going on the NHS and the terrible economic climate that we live in I think the cash that I will raise will go for a good cause. I think in life sometimes it is important to set goals and be confident to face challenges and barriers that will come along the way.  By running this marathon I will prove myself that I can achieve anything and hopefully inspire other people that would like to do the same.
