Manx Mountain Marathon · 8 April 2023

The Manx Stroke Foundation is an Isle of Man registered charity formed in 1997 by a small group of health professionals who recognised the need for a support group for those affected by stroke. The overall aim of the Foundation is to help and support people after stroke. We identify new initiatives in stroke care and campaign to improve stroke services on the Isle of Man. We are also dedicated to raising awareness of stroke and its risk factors so that strokes can be prevented.

Story

I have made it my mission to complete a gruelling 32 mile ultra marathon, in aid on the Manx stroke foundation. This charity has provided selfless support to my grandma who suffered a stroke a few years back. She lives in the isle of man with little family around to support and this charity has been a great help. Please donate as little or as large as you can and help me try to give back to a small but important organisation who's work usually goes un-noticed.
