Adam attempts to walk 100km in 24hrs (Dodentocht - the Death March) · 9 August 2013

Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation. We work in over 70 countries - in conflict zones, natural disasters and epidemics. We are independent, neutral and impartial. We provide medical care where it's needed most.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided, rather naivley, to take part in the 2013 Dodentocht; a 100 km walk that myself and the rest of the team have to complete in just 24 grueling hours.

The training has been pretty tough and unforgiving on our feet but we hope to finish together as a team, and hopefully in one piece.

Our hope in setting ourselves this challenge is to be able to raise as much money as we can for Médecins Sans Frontières

The charity does some tremendous work, providing medical aid to those areas devastated by natural or man-made disasters. For more information on the work they do, please visit http://www.msf.org/. You can also view a 3 minute video about MSF at http://youtu.be/8jdq9OcjajM.

We would welcome your support in helping us to reach our target and should you wish to dontate to this worthy cause, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Adam
