On May 23rd I'm running the Edinburgh Marathon for the Macular Disease Society.

As far as the training goes - I'm managing the calorie intake side of things very well, but the running is a little more haphazard.

This is a great charity though and I promise I'll get to the end somehow even if it's by getting a piggy-back from a man dressed as a rhino.  If you are the man dressed as a rhino I will buy you an icecream at the finish line in return.
