I am doing the Prudential Ride 100 on August 2nd which is a 100 mile bike ride starting at the Olympic Park and finishing at Buckingham Palace via Surrey. In preperation I am cycling from London to Paris in July to get 200 miles under my belt. I am representing Demelza Hospice Care for Children, who cares for life limited children and their families, offering respite breaks, end of life care and bereavement support at our hospices in South London and Kent and through their hospice at home service in East Sussex.
