I am taking part in the 23 mile Glasgow Kiltwalk this year with my mum and aunt to raise money for Glasgow Association for Mental Health (GAMH), a great charity that supports vulnerable people in Glasgow and surrounding areas, while promoting mental health and well-being in their communities.
