Thank you to everybody who has helped me raise money for Help for Heroes and Action for Apergers.

I am pleased to say that both walks (21 and as it turned out 23 miles) and the run (10K) went brilliantly. I did the run for my 51 at 51 by coincidence in 51 minutes, which I was delighted with, waving at any available cameras along the way as you can see thanks to Richard
