As many of you will know, my Dad has aphasia following several strokes in 2014, meaning he struggles with his speech, language and understanding. 

On 7th April I'm going to be running the Manchester marathon to raise some money for the charity Dyscover (https://dyscover.org.uk). Dyscover have been a fantastic support to my Dad in helping both him and my mum adjust to living with aphasia. I would love to support the great work that they do by raising some funds as I train for and complete my first marathon.

I'm hoping to raise £300 so please give if you feel able to.
