We believe that all pets should have access to veterinary care – regardless of their owners’ financial situation. Over 100 years, we’ve helped more than 20 million sick and injured pets – providing life-saving vet care to more vulnerable pets than any other animal charity in the UK today.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Adele Anderson and her friend, Shaz Hyde-Harris bungy jumped off the Auckland Harbour Bridge in New Zealand today, Saturday26 March. Shaz was dressed as a cat, Bootles. Adele declined her kind offer to dress up as a dog, as she wanted people to be able to see it was really her going over the side and being dunked in the salt water below. Shaz owns multiple pets and has benefited greatly from the services of the PDSA. Since they're travelling together, Adele couldn't pass up the opportunity to join Shaz in the jump, as it is something she's always wanted to do. If you love animals  or even if you're just tickled by the thought of two ladies of a certain age plummeting into the harbour, please donate to this site. View the video on the left of Bootles' jump.
