I pretty much owe my life to the Royal Marsden Hospital (RMH). I was first treated there in 1999 where, after surgery for Breast Cancer, I had 18 days of radiotherapy over a 6 week period.
In Sept 2007 I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and I was treated at both the Chelsea and Sutton branches of RMH with surgery and chemotherapy from Sept 2007 to Feb 2008.
Following a recurrence of Ovarian Cancer in 2010, I had follow up surgery and chemotherapy from June 2010 to Dec 2010.
The Royal Marsden Hospital is a wonderful place where everyone - surgeons, oncologists, nurses, catering staff and cleaners, all treat patients with the highest levels of care and consideration. Research standards are world class.
