It means a lot to me as a social care worker and I have gained so much experience caring for individuals who suffer this lonely and isolating disease. Although I have worked for six years in the field, it is nothing in comparison to those that deal with it themselves or their families. I especially wish to walk for residents and staff I have worked with past and present, also for my best-friend Rachel's family.
