 Hi everyone. We have a stray cat in our area whose owners moved and left him. He has no home and depends on three households in the area to feed him. We nicknamed him tippex. Hes a pure white neutered Male. Recently hes been screaming in pain when he eats. We didnt know what to do. I phoned the RSPCA but the line was always busy. But while I was on hold a RSPCA van drove past. I flagged it down and she came in to take tippex with her as we had contained him in our kitchen.
