This year for Jailbreak we're fundraising for the Teenage Cancer Trust! Helping young people in the UK who are diagnosed with cancer, they help to provide care and support to let them know that they're not alone in fighting cancer. They specialise in providing teenage units within NHS hospitals whilst providing support and education related services all over the UK.
