AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL

2 Tries in August... for a great cause!!

I am no sports maniac, fitness freak or iron man by any stretch of the imagination but after a little warm up last year I have decided to lift the bar a little higher this year and make AUGUST 2010 a month to remember.

On behalf of Amnesty International and in memory of Franz Fassler I will be competing, well actually participating in both:

The London Triathlon.

The Geneva Triathlon.

Over the past few months I have been training hard to be able to grace the course with style and stamina.

Sponsoring me for these two iconic events will help Amnesty International continue to carry out their vital work around the globe and make a massive difference to peoples lives. (to learn more about this amazing charity, simply go to www.amnesty.org.uk)

This will also be the opportunity for me to live up to the sporting memory of my father in law who passed away last year.
