Three years ago my Mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and it turned everything on it's head. Now she's pushing for greater awareness, for better care and does everything she can to help out anyone who has or ever will have to deal with this horrid disease.

She is confident that she can live well with dementia - so we're all determined to help her along the way.

Help us raise some much needed funds as I run, trip, tumble and more through a 5k obstacle course to help her and the charity that has been by her side since the start: Alzheimer's Society.
