Three Peaks by Rail · 15 June 2023

Railway Children has a vision of a world in which no child is lost to the streets. Across the UK, India and Tanzania, our networks provide an opportunity for us to reach children who are alone and vulnerable before they come to serious harm. Together, we’re determined we’ll leave no child behind.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Two teams from the AECOM Swindon office have decided to take on the special 20th anniversary Three Peaks by Rail Challenge 2023 to help raise money for The Railway Children Charity who help children around the world who have found themselves living on the streets at a young age through poverty, abuse, violence and neglect.
The charity vows to help children before they become entrenched in street life.

The challenge will see the eight participants pushed to their limits as they climb the three highest peaks of Wales (Snowdon), England (Scafell Pike) and Scotland (Ben Nevis) within 36 hours, beginning on the 15th June 2023.

The total walking distance is 22 miles (36km) with a total ascent of 3064 metres (11,182ft).

Anything you are able to donate would be greatly appreciated by the teams.
