In August 2015 I lost a friend and colleague to cancer. She was a young mum just like me and it came as quite a shock. Sadly, in early January 2016 another dear colleague  lost her battle with the disease. They were both called Isabelle.  Running a marathon is something i have always wanted to do and so I thought I would attempt it this year to raise money for a good cause in memory of Isa and Isabelle.

I am not a natural athlete and this will be the hardest thing i have ever done. Over the next 5 months I will train hard and hope to be able to complete it (all going well) in around 5 hours.
