I'm raising money for such a great cause, and honestly, EVERY LITTLE HELPS! anything you can give will help to fund a great organisation who have taken care of over 7000 patients so far when they have needed it most. 

To keep running, the hospice must raise £4million each year, and I want to help contribute to that after they have cared for two family members.
