I'm fundraising for Derian House who are a Children's Hospice based in Chorley, Lancashire. Derian House provides respite and end-of-life care to more than 300 children and young people across the North West. Their values are to make sure that every child and young person who comes to Derian is able to make the very most of the time they have. 

Despite the nature of the hospice, Derian House is not a sad place, their corridors are full of joy and laughter and they do everything in their power to make sure the patients and their families make precious memories together. I've been to visit Derian house and experienced first hand the incredible facilities they provide, the support they offer to the children and their families is mind blowing and truly is a happy place.
