We are a non-profit organisation working to create school places for children affected by poverty. We have been implementing educational projects since 1994. Today, we have enough places for 112,006 children to gain an education across 390 schools of which 11,341 are orphaned.

Story

In July 2016 my family and I pledged to raise £110,000.00 to build a school in 'Bees Bagla' Kashmir Pakistan. This area was devastated by an earthquake in 2005 which destroyed many schools and has left children walking for hours to their nearest classroom. I was watching a campaign by READ Foundation and felt I had to do something for these children, some of whom have been left orphaned.

On 6th May 2017 my family and I along with READ Foundation held a charity dinner at Royal Nawab's London. With the overwhelming generosity of those who attended the dinner, we exceeded our target and raised a staggering £90,000

Tickets were sold out but many individuals who could not attend still want to donate to the cause. Therefore, I have set up this page so that donations can continue to be collected. The extra funds may be used in a variety of ways for example; purchasing more resources, funding more teachers, building more classrooms and much more.

I am really touched by the response I have received so far and I know that together we can spread more smiles and help these children equip themselves for a better and brighter future.
