Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 26th January 2017 our mammy Kathleen (Kate) McGuinness would have been 60 years old.  Our mother passed away fighting Cancer. She was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at 36 years of age and unfortunately passed away on the 6th March 1999, aged 42 years.

In order to celebrate her birthday and her life we have decided to arrange a walk in her honour around the Atlantic Drive in Co Donegal, Ireland on Saturday 28th January 2017.  Walking was one of our mothers favourite past times.  She would often go walking with her sisters, friends, our father and us children.  The Atlantic Drive was one of her favourite walking routes.  We hope we will be able to complete this route but if the weather is against us then we will do a more local walk around the 3 bridges.  The final route will be posted closer to the date. We will keep you all posted via Facebook.  

We have set up this JustGiving page to raise funds for The Foyle Hospice who tirelessly continue to provide first class care and support to our town and further afield.  Thanks everyone for your support, William, Aisling, Una, Nora, Liam and Emer.
