I am participating in a challenge to raise funds for the Friendship Clinic Nepal (UK) and Clinic Nepal (Meghauli).  The Challenge involves walking a total distance of 42.2km /26.2 miles through varied terrain that includes wooded sandstone ridges, hills, crags, open woodland, an ancient forest, green lanes, undulating Cheshire farmland and canal towpaths all in a day and i'm very excited about it.
