I have decided to take part in the Great East Swim 2015 on Saturday June 20th to help raise money and awareness for Macmillan Cancer.

I, like many others, have lost close family members to this terrible disease so I just want to do my bit in their memory and to help this great charity raise money so that others won't have to suffer.

I hope you can donate as much as you can for Macmillan. I also ask for your moral support as the training and challenge ahead will be tough but I know I can do it and it is a challenge I am looking forward to completing.
