Jennifer & Alan's tandam skydive for The Stroke Association

Jennifer & Alan's tandam skydive for The Stroke Association · 8 August 2015
We both want to say a huge thank you to all who supported us and the phenomenal amount raised for The Stroke Association by your generous donations - we both found the experience exhilarating and exciting.
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
On 30th December 2015, David Watson, just 30 years old had a stroke that left him paralysed down his right hand side just days after moving house.
It cost him his job as a courier driver because of DVLA regulations although T & T Couriers have been fantastic with him and have even acquired a small van for him to start work again on 9th July.
It also meant he was stranded 5 miles away from his immediate family & 10 miles away from his daughter.
The information available for stroke victims & their families through the Stroke Association proved invaluable especially to people like ourselves who have never had any personal experience of a stroke.
A sky dive was on both Jennifer & Alan's bucket list so when this happened to David we both felt that we would try and use the event to raise funds for a cause and David's predicament pointed us straight to the Stroke Association.
ANY money raised will go to the Stroke Association as we have already paid for the sky dive ourselves.
We would both be extremely grateful for anything you can spare for such a worthy cause.
