It is with deep sorrow that I am writing on Alan's page to let you know that Alan passed away on Monday 25th July, at 3:18 on a gloriously warm, sunny, Summers afternoon.
He was at peace, having gone through the pain to where he felt no pain. Indeed, he took no morphine in his last 3 days. I was with him throughout and as he took his last breath I was holding his hand and looking into his eyes. He died peacefully. Family and dear friends were also at his bedside, at home, where he wanted to die.
Alan had no authodox treatment, having been given a very late diagnosis in January, when he was told he only had 2-3 months to live. Alan being Alan, decided to treat his cancer on all levels: with intravenous and intramuscular high dose 'medication' (read Alan's 'Treatment Plan' on his website: www.alanhuyshe.co.uk), a high antioxidant organic diet, exceptional quality nutritional supplementation, spiritual practice, listening to music, the company of good friends, his devoted dog Davy, and me beside him to the end.
We gave him a good 'send off', at his Funeral on Tuesday 2nd August. All his Family, dear friends old and new, the 'Circle of Men' from the Mankind Project (MKP), colleagues from the 'More To Life Programme' and neighbours came to see him on his way and to celebrate his Life. The Funeral was conducted by John Quill, a fellow MKP man and ordained C of E Minister.
Alan will be missed by many. He touched the lives of many and it is a tribute to the man who he was, that SO MANY tributes have been coming in and SO MANY of you have made such generous donations to Alan's Treatment Fund.
I want to thank all of you, personally, for your generous donations, without which Alan may not have had those last few months. And the reality is that the donations to date, do not cover the amount that has already been spent on his treatment costs. I do still have to claim for bills which I have already settled, amounting in the region of £5,000. Your generosity will be most appreciated.
Donations can still be made on this site.

To use Alan's words: "BLESS YOU and all you love"
With many many thanks, gratitude and Love.
