Myself and ciaran will be running the Manchester Bupa run on the 18th May and raising money for Light House. We are doing this in memory of my dad who I lost almost 6 years ago as a result of suicide. Lighthouse, a suicide prevention charity in North Belfast, supports those who have been bereaved through suicide, or another type of sudden death, and are committed to providing support services to families who have lost loved ones and for individuals who are in crisis. Initially established in 2003 as a community response to a problem of exceptionally high incidence of suicide in North Belfast.Lighthouse has undergone various stages of growth and change; however, the core purpose of the organisation remains the same.

Please help us raise more money to save many more lives so more families do not have to suffer and be left with unanswered questions. Every penny helps!
