Nearly 100 miles this morning as a warm up to the main event two weeks today but given how the second half went I'm starting to panic a little. 

The actual event 'The  Fred' as it seems to be affectionately named is 112 miles and has over 10,000 ft of climbing up and over the Lake District passes.
