On Sunday 13th October my friend Sophie and I will be taking part in a charity zip wire across the Manchester Ship Canal, launching from the Imperial War Museum North and landing at The Lowry.

At 1pm we will be flinging ourselves off the AirShard down a 250m zip wire in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. This charity is very close to our hearts having lost a close friend to CF.....who I know would have appreciated the comedy of me doing this.
