I am growing a moustache ( have already had to shave my beard off in prep! Not something I would choose to do)during November to raise awareness of issues specific to men around mental health, loneliness and suicidal ideation.

MensCraft is Norfolk’s leading charity focusing exclusively on the health and wellbeing of men.  We support men facing life’s challenges or experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

We offer information, activities and programmes and provide one-to-one support and access to other specialist services. Our range of activities give men purpose, the opportunity for connection with others, and for improved wellbeing.

As many of you will know this is an area that is very close to my heart.
