Having Personally struggled with mental health problems for over 30 years I see this project as a fantastic way for men to re engage with life in a positive manner.

The project has the benefits of companionship, a sense of propose, physical exercise and many other factors that can really contribute to good overall health and especially a safe space in an outdoor location for meaningful recovery from whatever hardships we are struggling with or past traumas that need time and space to heal.
