We are all hiking up Ben Nevis on 08 September to promote and raise funds for Birchwood Highland.  This amazing local charity supports and enables mental ill health recovery through a range of key services, and Alert Health is keen to assist them in any we can. See www.birchwoodhighland.org.uk

We're all hoping it will be a lovely, sunny day with a stunning view across Lochaber.  But its Fort William.  And we'll be up there, by hook or by crook (literally), whatever the weather.
