Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Anyone who knows me will know that I cycle a bit.
Well two of the ladies in my life have signed me up for the "Fred Whitton Challenge" and the "Ride London 100", as a Christmas present.
So I decided that Parkinson's UK would be one of the causes that I would try and raise funds for as my Dad's brother Charlie was stricken with this terrible condition, that eventually claimed his life.
The Fred Whitton http://www.fredwhittonchallenge.org.uk/ is one of the toughest rides in the UK - 112 miles over all the mountain passes of the Lake District.
The London 100 http://www.prudentialridelondon.co.uk/Prudential_RideLondon___Events/Prudential_RideLondon-Surrey_100.htm is set up to be the country's largest ever fundraising event and is 100 miles over a good deal of the olympic road race course of 2012.
You may not see much of me over the coming weeks - I'll be training.
Please donate anything you can and thanks in advance.
