Hello.

I'm going to be running a half marathon (hopefully without a screaming child on my back) at the end of September for the Lymphoma association who provide medical information and emotional support to anyone affected by lymphoma and are generally a good bunch. 

It would mean a lot if you could make any small donation towards this cause. 

The route is around south-east London and there are some great places to come along and watch it near Greenwich or Docklands. It's Run to the Beat, so there are various non-descript musicians attempting to motivate us and entertain the crowds.

All in all, a grand day out.
