Having worked at Great Ormond Street as a plastic and reconstructive surgical registrar I was inspired by the amazing work they do. The cleft charity allows them to keep helping those children unfortunate enough to require a little bit of extra help in their early years. Cleft surgery is not a one off, performed by an individual in isolation. It is a team effort and the care continues throughout a child's development. 

This is a wonderful cause, and my way of returning a little of the understanding and knowledge that I gleaned in my time there. Please help.
