In 2019 I am taking part in the #Swim22 challenge. I will be swimming 22 miles, the length of the Channel, between the 22nd of February and the 22nd of May. 

I am raising money for #DiabetesUK inspired by and in dedication to my wonderful Grandmother, who had diabetes. Despite her health challenges, my beautiful Welsh Gran was always a soul full, positive and strong, bright beacon in the darkness. She knew how to treasure the simple things in life and was always there to give us a big Cwtch. We miss her so much! <3
