Five of Reuben Sinclair's fittest (or perhaps just most easily persuaded) team members are running a 10k on May 29th in order to raise money for our corporate charity, Friends of the Elderly. 

Friends of the Elderly is a charity providing quality residential care, nursing care and dementia care for older people. Their vision is for a society where all older people are treated with respect and have the opportunity to lead fulfilled lives. Some of the Reuben Sinclair team were lucky enough to visit one of the residential homes recently, and we saw first hand how the work they do makes an incredible difference to their residents' lives.

The five of us taking part come from very different running backgrounds - from running half marathons to running for the bus - so this will be a challenge. However we're determined to do this as a team, and any donation, big or small, would be received very gratefully.
