Many children end up in orphanages, not because they do not have family members who want to look after them, but rather because they can't afford to. In trying to provide the best life for their child, they take them to an orphanage. 

This January, Leo's would have celebrated his 16th birthday. Leo lived a short life with lots of challenges but he lived a good life. In part, because he had the love and support of a family. He enjoyed lots of laughter, cuddles and knew he was loved unconditionally. 

Those of you who knew him will know that despite his own suffering, he was committed to helping others and wanted to make sure that no one ever felt alone.
