On 3rd March I will be taking part in the Green Man Ultra Challenge with Tia (our lab) and as you probably know I am not the fittest now I have had a baby so it will be even more of a challenge but I hope to get your support for this great cause. I will be in a relay team and hoping to cover the first 28 miles, and more if I/Tia can manage it. The whole challenge is 45 miles and those who manage to finish it have 24 hours to complete it.

I know money is tight for many people at the moment but be assured that even £1 will make a difference and will be most appreciated. Hope is a charity dear to me as they battle the front line of dog abuse, neglect and adonned animals by finding them rescue spaces. They would otherwise be destroyed once they have passed their 7 days in council pounds if no-one claims them :-(
