The Outward Bound Trust is an educational charity dedicated to unlocking the potential in young people between the ages of 9-25 through discovery and adventure in the wild. We give them access to adventurous experiences through which they can learn to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Story

Hello all.

So on the 21st April I will make a foolhardy attempt at the London Marathon. As of today (11/04/13) I've done over 200 miles in training, far too many early morning runs and a few too many late ones. Apparently I don't have the best natural running gait and so my "lateral fat pad" (this physio is legit before anyone asks) on my right knee flared up for a while, however a brief rest and a thousand lunges later and I'm apparently back on track.

I'm raising money for the Outward Bound Trust, they do great work with young people all over the world and I was even lucky enough to see some of that work in Hong Kong when I was younger.

All donations help motivate me on guys and each and every one is hugely appreciated. I know I'm not the only one running the marathon but if you can spare a little it goes a looooooonnnnngggggggggg way. So dig deep and wish me luck, its gonna be....character building. xoxo
